How does the AI receptionist answer clients in Instagram and Telegram?
A client writes to your Direct or Telegram in plain words — Alter quotes the price, shows free slots, answers questions about services and specialists, and books the appointment right in the chat. It understands Russian, Uzbek and English, text and voice messages.
Where can clients book online?
Wherever they find you: through the button in your Instagram profile, the Telegram bot, the link in your Yandex Maps listing, and the online booking widget on your website. No website? We will build a salon page with your services, prices and specialists.
How do appointment reminders work?
Reminders go out on their own — via Telegram, SMS or email, whichever the client prefers. The client confirms the visit with one tap or reschedules it, and you see right away that the slot is free.
Can I take a prepayment for online bookings?
Yes. Turn on prepayment as a percentage or a fixed amount. The client pays by card while booking, the money goes to your cash desk, and the slot is held for them.

We set you up in a day: we add services and prices from your Instagram link or price list and move your clients, phone numbers, visit history and upcoming bookings from Altegio, a notebook or Excel for free. Your administrator needs fifteen minutes to get started.
